When we lost my younger sister a few years ago now, every single person in my family and her friends that went to the funeral home had nothing but lovely things to say. Even my sisters young boys were made to feel at ease if they wanted to spend any time there with they're mum one last time. The day was the hardest of our lives , but Simon went above and beyond to look after each and every one of us.
